Your Responsibilities
Welcome and care for our patients with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate the daily workflow and organization of the practice
Manage appointments and administrative tasks
Perform blood sampling, laboratory work, and infusions
Assist during medical and aesthetic treatments
Organize medical supplies and inventory
Maintain our high standards of quality and patient care
Contribute to improving workflows and practice organization
Support our social media presence by capturing behind-the-scenes moments, filming treatments (where appropriate), and assisting with content creation
Who You Are
Qualified Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or another healthcare professional with relevant experience
Organized, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Warm, professional, and patient-focused
Able to work independently, think ahead, and take ownership
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Interested in aesthetic and preventive medicine
Enjoy working in a small, motivated team
Fluent in German and English (required)
Interest or experience in social media, photography, and short-form video content is a strong advantage
